What sets me apart is that I understand homes beyond just the sales side. I have personally renovated, flipped, restored, and built homes, so I can help you look at your property through a buyer's eyes and make smart decisions about prep, repairs, pricing, and negotiation.
I'm very solution-oriented. My goal is to help you get the strongest result possible without spending money where it will not actually move the needle.
I grew up around home construction. My childhood home was actually built by my dad, so I learned early what goes into a house long before I ever thought about selling one. My first flip came in 2008, right at the start of the housing crisis, which is not exactly the easiest time to learn that business, but it taught me how to find real value and manage risk when the market is not doing you any favors.
I later owned a disaster restoration company, helping homeowners recover from serious damage, including multiple fire rebuilds where we took homes down to the studs and rebuilt the framing, roof, wiring, and plumbing from scratch. On top of that, I built a 3,300 square foot lakehouse from the ground up, staying hands-on through every stage of construction. Between the flips, the restoration work, and the ground-up build, I have seen homes at their most complicated and know what it actually takes to put one back together right.
I am also just a real estate nerd at heart. I enjoy the data: comps, market analytics, and the dynamics that make one neighborhood or one season different from the next. At the end of the day, what I find most rewarding is helping guide people through a challenging transaction to the best possible outcome.
I was born and raised in the DFW area and call Arlington home today, so this is not just a market I work in, it is the place I live.
